Very powerful reminder of the young soldiers from all around the commonwealth and German POW that lost their lives. The area is very well maintained, and a great place to take children who may have covered the 1st and 2nd world wars in history. Spent a while remembering fallen.

There are two cemeteries for this car park. The one nearest the road is the commonwealth cemetery. Towards the end of the track you will find the German war cemetery. Both are well worth a visit. If you walk along the car park towards the German there is a footpath to the left(behind the commonwealth cemetery) This will take you to the 1986 Peace memorial. From there you can take views across the Chase. Well worth a visit for peace and tranquillity.
