Guys at gm were helpful and assisted me in getting a car. Unfortunately said car set on fire and had so many issues that I had to get the finance company involved to return the vehicle. While German Motors were helpful in trying to get the issues resolved up to the 6 month mark, once out of that they werent interested which is why I had to go via the finance company as I was left with a 20k car that needed thousands to repair after only 2k miles of driving I would usually put this down to bad luck and it being a "lemon" car however I do know of others who have returned cars here due to issues. My advice would be, if you buy a car from here and have even the slightest issue, return it immediately.

My partner, recently sold her Audi Q3 back to the original dealer German motors from who she bought the car off 3 years ago. The process was smooth, efficient and least like the typical car sales company you ten to be concerned of when dealing with car sales people. A price was agreed on line. The gentleman who came for the collection put us all at ease immediately. Gave the car a once over and transfered the money. We both felt that this company was transparent in their approach both from selling the car to us 3 years ago to re-purchasing it today. We would like to thank you for your service 10 out of 10.

What a refreshing change to buying a car.
