I bought a Mercedes CLS on 23rd December from this company (I think it was Shah and Gerry) and can highly recommend them as an honorable and professional outfit. It was a pleasure dealing with the guys in the office and they could not have been more helpful. I felt completely comfortable that they wanted me to be completely happy with the purchase. There were some issues with the vehicle I was part exchanging (intermittant heater and fualty headlamps) which I was aware of but we came to a mutually agreeable valuation. The test drive was very informative and the purchase very easy. My new car is in perfect condition and drives like a new car, testamount to the preperation before sales. I was given a 6 month warranty (3 months more than they have to by law) and told to call them for anything I was not happy with or just advice. Highly recommendable and I will certainly be visiting them again for any future purchases. Keep up the good work guys, a pleasure meeting you.

We arrived to check a car last weekend and we waited around 45minutes as we were told the car was on its way as they had to go and collect it. We were just about to leave as we didn't come all this way to Croydon just to hang about and drink coffee, when suddenly the salesman walked through the entrance only to tell us the car we had booked to see had already been sold! We could have saved ourselves a trip to Croydon if we had known this but the car was still up for sale on Autotrader and their website.

Possibly the easiest and most stress free car purchase I’ve had. Arranged an appointment at 11am on a Sunday morning and was met by Jaree, he was polite and did not pressure me into buying at all. He gave me a very good price for my part exchange, got the car I was viewing serviced even though I only gave a days notice to view it. This was so I didn’t have to travel all the way across London to pick it up another day. When I buy my next vehicle this will be the first place I come to. Highly recommended.

This is an odd review because I didn’t buy anything from GMS. What I did do was let them down by missing my appointment to view and buy a car. Even so, they refunded my deposit money with no fuss and their customer service was excellent. Clearly a professional outfit to trade with.
