They serviced my mobility scooter last week. I was getting worried about it's reliability and had little confidence if I took it out I would get home. The manager was very helpful over the phone and explained everything very clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. The engineer came the following day as arranged and did a good job. I needed new wheels and batteries, they quoted me a price, ordered and installed them with only the cost of the parts. There was no second call out fee! The engineer fitted the replacements and gave it a spin. My scooter is now quicker and my confidence in it is 100%.

As long you buy new stuff real quick its all ok, But God forbid if you need a repair or alteration's that's no go area. Felt belittled and not worthy of there attention. Or maybe "S" was having a bad days on two different occasion?

Wow!!! I called the office this morning informing them that I had a puncture on my motorised scooter. In less than two hours the engineer arrived and fixed puncture problems. I should say I cannot believe it but in fact this is typical of Gerald Symonds. Always courteous on the ‘phone and always reliable service. I use the Motorbility Scheme with this company and in 10 years they have never let me down. I must say that if you’re looking around for your mobility solutions then look no further.
