No customer service. It was impossible to follow the instructions they give for obtaining the form for refunds as the form was nowhere to be found and the account section didn't show that I made an order. You can't get through to anyone or find an address to send back to. It's not worth making an order.

I used to buy regularly from Geox, after me recent experience they have lost a customer. I bought a pair of trainers to be delivered to my house on the 25th June, I was told 3 to 5 days for delivery today is the 11th July and after constant chasing I've had no luck. Went back to the store and was refused a refund, they advised me they are having issues with Dhl which is not my problem. The store does not have a manager as people in the store seem to be stepping up. I've dealt with Simone and Manuel who are both rude and do not know how to provide customer service. I have been ripped off and they don't want to help resolve the issue. I have no choice and have contacted my bank who are dealing with the issue now. Do not order anything from Geox stores for home delivery.

Horrible customer service/receptionist. I worked for the company for 2 years and called them to ask for reference. According to UK law, it is mandatory for an employer to provide a work reference for any employee...however they bluntly refused and hung up phone on me. Extremely rude.

same as the others...the Phone number isnt working. I sent an item 2 weeks ago, I know they got it (according to Collect+ tracking number) but its been a week since they got the boots back and no confirmation or refund sent yet.
