    These lovely folk have been excavating a huge basement next to our old terraced home since 2018. Until this year, they refused to meet with neighbours. They informed the local council that they enclosed a noise assessment in their CMP, but they had not even done one. The noise in our home has exceeded 85 dB, but did not register on their noise monitor. Why? Because they placed it as far away as possible at the end of the back garden! They are still drilling now in 2022 and show no signs of caring a jot. I hope no one else has to put up with these people or suffer like us.
