    Awful. !! so rude. I walked into this shop wanting to have an alteration done to my jacket. She made me feel like I had walked into her own lounge - not a shop - totally ignored me at first, when I was eventually spoken to, I was told that they could not deal with me without an appointment. ! I did not know, you needed an appointment - no signs on the door??? Never use them. rude .
