My father has just passed away - he has been a tenant for a VERY long time - I called first thing yesterday to ask about the procedure to give the house back. I spoke to a very helpful lady who passed the message on to the relevant person to call me back. After waiting all day for the call, I had to call again this morning to be told that the person who should have called was too busy yesterday - I find this so disrespectful and unprofessional at this very upsetting and emotional time. I would not entrust my properties to these people if a long term tenant who has just passed is not respected enough to return a phone call. I would suggest some sensitivity and professionalism training is required.
