Absolutely fantastic service! Last minute booking and Leon came in on his day off to accommodate. Couldn’t ask for a better service from start to finish. Driver Leon was fantastic, smooth transition from start to finish. Transport was clean, modern and very comfortable. Literally can not fault anything. They even accommodated us where another company has let us down on a different part of the trip. George Regal will definitely have our business moving forward. My only wish is that they were nationwide so we could use them in all areas of the country. Thankyou so much for looking after all of our staff. It truly made a difference!!

The driver looked dirty and abandoned, the bus was very dirty on the outside. The inside was ok. After drop off I told the driver I'll call him to confirm pick up approximately at the agreed time. He texted me saying that his boss said another time, so even if we miss the end of our even we should be at the meeting point at the new time he claimed. I called them again and they didn't offer another option. They ruined our event as we have to leave beforehand.

We were very impressed with the level of service from George Regal Travel, right from the booking to the transfer on the day. We booked their 16 seater Mercedes bus for a night out in London, with various pick ups and drop offs. The bus we had was very clean and well looked after and everything ran smoothly on the night. Plus they were very reasonably priced too. I would definitely book with them again.

Went on a coach comparison website, and spoke to a fair few idiots before I found Sofia and George Regal. So professional from start to finish. Sofia was our actual driver as well.
