I spoke to Jerry and I work for a funeral directors, Jerry's bedside manner is atrocious and could do with some training, please don't refer to the dead as a 'body' but as a person. And his English is barely understandable. How he works in a health care background I don't know. Next time get someone who can speak a normal speed to call us.

Can't believe anyone could say anything negative about receptionist. Unless it's a old post I fine her friendly, helpful, cheerful, Always happy to help. Reception is not manned at the weekend. And if there's a problem with the loo. Or light bulb needs replacing there's no maintanance either. Not sure of activaties or if residents are incourage to take part. Find food combination very odd Fish paste sandwich Mash, Ravioli, scotch eggs, was an eye opener will visit more at meal times now. Don't often see staff when on a visit. Dad's happy there but he has dementia.
