Although they were expensive, I went with this company because they could keep some of my items in storage, whilst I rented for a while. When it came to getting my stuff from storage and into my house, it was a poor service. Firstly they couldn't do the move on my preferred day. On the day we did agree on, the move time was 10:30. I came from work to meet them and at 10:30 got the call to say they were just setting off and would be another 45 minutes. No apology. Just matter of fact. Having just cleaned the house for the move in, when they arrived they initially didn't put a mat down in the house. It was raining and they walked mud up the stairs. After I spoke to them they then put a mat down. They then hit a neighbours car wing, with the removal van door. They spoke to the neighbour and apologised, and have offered to pay for repairs. But overall, the service felt rushed and careless.
