I have been with this doctors for some years now, myself and my children. The wait on the telephone to get through to surgery has been my only issue in the past but staff are all lovely, receptionists are so friendly, Dr Singh is brilliant with my children, midwife and the pharmacist are very understanding & since my recent visit phone times have improved massively. Thank you to all the staff at this surgery. Highly recommended.

I am registered at the practise with my whole family for over a year.. The receptionist was great until a young white girl arrived. My partner when to register he handed the form to the lady and she asked my partner to get it signed and come back and he did within 2 minutes. He when to give the form in and she humiliated him infornt or people by shoulting at him and telling him to sit down and wait. She was doing nothing behing the desk and made him wait 30 minutes.. My partner asked on a number of times why its taking so long... She took the form off him with attitude and said she will not be registering him there... THIS is not her SURGERY to make the decision.. I believe she is a rude individual and racist. When ever i go into the surgery she is rude and raises her voice this is NOT PROFESSIONAL. 14/4/23 I have just called at 8am to have a appointment with my doctor. The young white lady picked up the call. I expained i need to speak to my doctor due to confidentiality. She said she will not be booking me in with him even THOUGH she has appointments with him.. She is very rude and unconsidrate. I do not believe she is a peoples person and she defendantly does not listen to the patients requires. I hate leaving reviews but this one has been goin on for TOOO LONG.. !!!!

I recommend Dr. Singh . He is exteremely competent you can tell that he knows exactly what he is doing. I dont pay attention to reception/ costumer service because for me the Doctor is the most important person that I should care about having a good one.

Dr makes you feel like absolute dirt, very rushed, unprofessional. Walked out in tears following a consultation 2 years ago due to how disgusted I was made to feel. Worst surgery I’ve ever been to.
