Update. Whilst the issue below has been problematic, the customer service has been very good so I am upping my review rating. Bought top soil through them and it looked good. Used it in the beds around the garden and it turns out it has lots of stinging nettle seeds. Constantly pulling out stinging nettles now from the soil. Never had a stinging nettle problem before. Put the soil in new pots for flowers and again stinging nettle growing. Horrified that I have introduced this into my garden.
