bought a truck shipped with many defects will never do buiness again

Bought a Volvo from this company in May 2022 and returned it as we luckily took the vehicle to our local volvo dealers upon purchase. The dealers did a full safety inspection upon arrival, and found no less than 19 defects with the vehicle plus an excessively worn-out clutch! To make the vehicle safe and road going the volvo dealers quoted it would cost in the region of £10,000 pounds! The volvo dealer advised we discuss this with Jeff Sipson; upon which we got a lot of abuse over email. The only reason why this company could be rated as I have is that the office staff were polite and courteous upon the return and and a full refund was given. The man himself didn't even have the gaul to be present upon the return, leaving his poor staff to deal with the situation.

The guys are friendly but the truck I bought isn’t very good. I haven’t pass MOT because they swap good tyres from the truck when they get from dealer and put a wrong tyres on it. If you want to buy truck of them , try inspect properly before you buy any trucks of them.
