The attention to detail, professionalism, sympathetic approach and kindness shown by all the staff at Geoff Leather is second to none, but a special mention must be made about Mark. Mark went out if his way in every possible way to help, advise & guide us through this very difficult time when arranging the funeral of my 26 year old daughter Zoe. I will never be able to thank Mark enough for all he did especially as I had a 'wobble' the day before & on the morning of Zoes funeral as I could not face saying goodbye. Mark spoke gently & reassuringly to me which helped to give me the strength I needed to say goodbye to Zoe.
