Recently bought a new cooker from Geoff Hill. Very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. We were served by Sarah and she arranged delivery, installation and removal of our old one and the price worked out much cheaper than the big name competition. I urge you to try these before handing your money over to a big firm, you won't be disappointed.

Went early Sunday (yesterday) morning to order a new washing machine for my mother and a new dishwasher for us. Very reasonable prices and so different from the palaver you get from Currys who have let us down twice recently. Washing machine delivered and fitted this morning just 25 hours later. Mom was doing her washing by 12 noon. Great service! Our dishwasher is coming on Wednesday (72 hours). I'll update this review later in the week when it's been installed. UPDATE 20.04.2023 Wednesday morning new integral dishwasher arrived. Wednesday afternoon it was installed by Jason in less than an hour. Thursday morning, old machine just collected and taken away. What a fantastic service!

I have a faulty washing machine had it just a few months hotpoint will not sort it out and geoff hill sold it is they keep passing the book this is abhorrent customer service we have had an independent engineer stand and watch it they cant touch it! But told us it's definitely a faulty machine and they would have refunded it beware future purchased if you get faulty new purchases they will not refund replace and making us pay seventy pounds for a reoair
