Just had one of their drivers completely block Wadhurst high street, he forced his way down even though he did not have right of way, I was already travelling up the high street so he forced me stop and reverse my lorry to let him through. Then he had the audacity to have a go at me for his mistake. Of course their customer service were less than interested when a rang to complain, a disgrace of a company if this is how they choose to behave.

Terrible service delivery form the driver. He was extremely rude. Apparently was attempting to contact us to notify us that he was at the property. When we heard the dogs bark we realized he was here and we went outside to greet him. In an annoyed and aggressive tone he went off telling us that we didn't answer the phone. We finally showed him the call log on the phone to proof that we didn't receive a cell. He then realized that he has the wrong number. This is not the first incident where we had to deal with his poor behaviour. With the first incident we reported his behavior to his office but clearly nothing has been done about it. Very disappointing.
