As a former employee of the company, I wouldn't recommend working for Geocon Site Investigations. During my time there I was expected to work 10-12 hrs per day on a contract at Hebden Bridge. Despite the employer verbally agreeing with me that he'd pay overtime. when confronted after non payment he decided to let me go from the company for "performance related issues" This was during 2020-2021 and i've heard they've made improvement to the team and company culture and wish them the best in the future.
