Our boiler was making some strange noises so we called Aaron and he came round very quickly and identified the problem. He called an engineer from Ideal as our boiler was still under guarantee and a faulty valve was replaced the next day and then Aaron gave the boiler a complete service. We had an issue with our hot water pressure. Initially, Aaron came for an emergency callout and was able to improve the pressure and diagnosed the fault, which required a new valve. In between the initial call and fitting the new valve, he contacted and spoke to the hot water cylinder company to check what else it could be. It did turn out to be an issue with the valve. When he came to replace it and after a part of the old valve broke off into the system, he replaced it with no issues. Very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will use again.
