Lovely place to visit. Staff are excellent especially Jordan who seemed to know everything about all the animals. The mad monkey was funny, as it didn't like Jordan & made it clear (see photo). A great place for a family visit, picnic & play areas, bird flying arena. Also connected to a garden centre with a nice cafe. Beautiful countryside setting. Will be going back for more visits.

Wow! What a gem. At first I was a little confused turning up to a garden centre but once your in the area for the animal experience the more you walk around, the more you find! All of the staff were very approachable and knowledgeable. It feels like a real personal experience. All of the animals seemed to be kept amazingly and some of the rescue stories will break your heart. Would recommend if you’re anywhere near! P.s. Kevin (Liza) and rebel were personal favourites

One of our favourite zoos & Garden centres. Lovely to come for an afternoon shop, coffee and see the lovely animals they have rehabilitated here. The staff are all lovely. Even squeezing us in for a hold of the most gorgeous bird as we had the tokens but missed the slot. See you soon... Oh and the ice cream from the stall out the front is unreal... Definitely save some space for that

A little gem. Such a cute place to walk around, we were there maybe an hour but we’re given a ticket to come and go as we pleased through the day, we’ll worth the £5 to visit and all goes towards the charity and caring for the animals rescued! On same grounds as a garden centre, cafe and ice cream place so something for everyone.
