Seen as the OWNER is saying my review is fake. She is a fraud! Avoid at all costs. See below my BURNS AND DOCTORS NOTE. Possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Completely unprofessional service. I had one laser session and the developed burn marks a couple days later. I messaged the technician with my concerns and she dismissed me and told me that it was ‘normal’ and they were not burn marks. I made an appointment with my GP who confirmed they were thermal burns and I informed the technician of this and provided her with my doctors note. She then blocked me, refused to provide me with my initial documents and also then changed her terms and conditions to ‘no refunds’. She refused to speak to me in person and also hid from me at her place of work which I find completely unprofessional. The only reason i now have my money back is because of my bank. I raised a dispute with my bank who were able to retrieve the money for the laser sessions I had not undertaken. Think twice about using this company they are incompetent and untrustworthy. The technician has zero customer service skills and basically told me I was lying about my doctors note even though I had the full proof. Ironically her terms and conditions state refunds will only be given if a medical condition arises but she still blocked me, ignored all my messages and rejected all my phone calls. Avoid at all costs unless you want to go get robbed and have scars. Jordana thought she could keep MY money and not refund me the rest of MY money from the laser sessions I had NOT redeemed. I paid £2000 ! HOW CRAZY This company also lie. She said the refund had been authorised by her accountant, this was in December 2019. Untrustworthy company. Absolutely disgusting Disgusting morals.

I would Highly recommend gentle touch laser clinic, Amazing results, excellent service. The laser technician Jordanna is very friendly and lovely. Jordanna made it so easy for me and explained everything regarding the laser treatment. I suffer from PCOS and the hair on my face was so dark and thick, It was really bad that I felt embarrassed to go out without foundation, even after wearing layers and layers of foundation my skin used to look patchy, i was fed up of waxing and threading, i tried different laser technicians and it never helped the hair always ended up coming back the laser never worked, I gave up after spending so much money. I then received a call from my auntie one day who then recommended Jordanna after having a couple of laser sessions, my auntie was really pleased with the results and told me to consider Jordanna, i then ended up having an appointment with Jordanna where I discussed all my concerns and she had told me the hair would go and it would be less visible, she was very honest and also told me the hair would not permanently go because of pcos. I then went for a couple of laser sessions and I started seeing results, hair was not growing back and my skin started to look more brighter and clearer after 3 sessions. I then finally had no hair on my face, I also started getting compliments from friends and family they were shocked to see the results. I can proudly say I now have no hair on my face, no patches and i can walk out with no makeup, i have so much more confidence in me. I still go for laser sessions there and then for a top up, i can't explain how happy I am. I don't understand how I can thank Jordanna she has gave me my confidence back. Thank you so much Jordanna. PCOS girls out there, i know how you feel, don't let your self down because of the hair, please please get in touch with Jordanna, you will see a big difference, I cant explain enough how happy I am with the results.
