My parents urgently needed security cameras fitted as they had trespassers which made them feel unsettled, police couldn't take it further other than file the report. I found Geniecloud who did a great job at offering what we needed and efficiently. Using high-tech cameras and security lights. They are a professional team, very tidy, polite, affordable and offer a very high standard of service. Definitely would recommend it.

The most impressive thing about Genie Cloud is their consistency. I have used their services for a few years now in a few different properties and their professionalism, up to date knowledge and quality has always been consistently good. Ash and his team are a delight to work with, always going the extra mile. Another amazing quality is their after service. Ash is always available to explain to me for the fifth time or someone in the family how to operate the home automations or sometimes just to guide us through a system reset. I have been recommending their services for a few years and I am happy to continue to do so. Great Company!

Fitted a number of systems over a renovation project - alarm, intercom, wall mounting TV and AV, including aerial and ethernet distribution and a dedicated cabinet. From the start, communication was excellent and sound advice was given. The company was flexible on timescales and always responsive. In terms of the installs themselves, the work from the team was very quick, very neat and very professional. The team really put us first in terms of making sure we were happy.
