One of the worst businesses I have ever worked for,used to be run by a porsche driving clown who is so arrogant it's untrue,no appraisals,no training or development, they tell you you will only work away once a month,utter nonsense i was regularly away for a whole week month after month,the staff where paid a good bonus after working through the first pandemic and then absolutely nothing after that even though the business took off because of lockdown,the reason why? Because they were cooking the books so they could sell the business to a couple of dupes who have bought a sinking ship,management is non existent and I had to pay £900 when I left Because I failed a water risk assesors course(I hadn't been trained or prepared properly, thank you carl) and then pay for the resit which I passed,any fair or decent employer would have payed for the failed course but not john or carl. I throughly recommend anyone thinking of working here to avoid at all costs,there are plenty of proper and professional water management companies out there with much better opportunities than genex,I worked there for 15 months and in that time at least 4 or 5 people came and went Because of the management culture and lies and broken promises
