Excellent service phoned company directly before ordering on line, as I had been messed about by other retailers, when trying to purchase a certain dimensions washing machine because of space implications, the guy checked his stock on the computer first before I completed on line , then the follow up service phone calls delivery where completed within 3 day's🙂. Genesis certainly understand the meaning of customer care 😊 from when the order was placed until delivery, communication from Kye was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Any call backs were immediate. I cannot recommend them enough. If I need any more domestic appliances I shall definitely get them from here. Kye even rang to make sure the delivery had been made. I cannot recommend Genesis home appliances enough. They were the only store in the whole of the UK that had in stock the item I’d been searching for for days! They were extremely friendly and helpful and the item I ordered (Neff gas hob) was delivered within a couple of days. Truly amazing. Don’t think twice, order from these guys. Their service was excellent!
