I visited this surgery on Tuesday 9th May 2023. I was seen by the dentist Dr Amandeep. What a fabulous experience. It was an emergency appt. She reviewed explained sympathically, gave sound advise before referring me for extraction of a wisdom tooth. My appt was made for Thursady 11th May 2023. On arriving at the surgery I waited no more than 5 mins before I was called in by Dr Ali. Molly was my lovely nurse and naughty Lauren 😄 was the administrator. What a team. Molly you made me feel safe. Lauren you made me smile, even though you gave me the bill. And Dr Ali received a hug as I cried with delight as I was completely pain free. Highly recommend this surgery, what an amazing team. I will now book my private appts with them. As they have my faith and trust. I AM a dentaphobe. Not anymore. Thanks to everyone involved that includes the lovely reception staff too.

During my time here I have had many cancellations and appointments rescheduled. Normally when the dentist is running late, holiday, ill which has lead me to waiting weeks or couple months till next appointment. All you get is a "Sorry" as if one word makes everything okay yet they dont understand the butterfly effect from their actions.
