Fraud and Scam. Ordered 2no. generators. Paid online. The money was taken , received confirmation of order e-mail, inquired for delivery date over the paid phone number. Spoke to two people, both said no order received and blamed fraudulent website. Advised to report fraud and inform my bank.

UPDATE: I have reported this company for fraud, like many other people have done. SCAMMERS. Absolutely disgraceful company. Happy to take your money but when you call to complain about your generator not arriving, they hang up. Save yourself and DO NOT buy from this company.

RIP off take your money and don’t deliver, called 3 times blamed their card company strike saying they haven’t paid them so will not deliver goods Each time Called them they take reference number and then hang up. Contacted bank for refund and fraud In reply I have 3 times and u did nothing in the phone blaming your card merchant company then put phone down on my 3 times and I had to call you back from different numbers let the company house fraud squad deal with it now 😋

This company is a scam take your money then dont deliver, Check all there reviews there all from fake accounts that have only ever left one review! the money goes to a company called seone1.co.uk the top of the website says world pay and bottom handled by stripe. they block your calls as soon as they know your on to them. EDIT since the company has replied 15 days after placing the order I have now uploaded screen shots of of the order no and payment trace through stripe. Other no. 6537 Still had no phone calls emails or other contact and still no delivery Edit: so the company has responded to other bad reviews and still not contacted or changed there review to mine.

Great generator at a competitive price Needed a new generator after ours was stolen in a break in (I work for a building company) - only request was that it had a Honda engine. A great choice of machines and really competitive prices. Delivery was on time and the guys on site are really pleased with the machines performance.
