AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Be very careful who they try to tell you get a mortgage from. They purposely put you with tier 3 lenders on basis of obtaining greater commissions. Do ask them about "primis network mortgages" they are just affiliates and have no relationship with the lenders at all. Middle people trying to achieve greater payouts. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
