We had blinds supplied and fitted by Gemini Blinds a number of months ago and though I can’t fault the quality of the blinds I am rather disappointed by the after sales service. We had blinds fitted in the kitchen and bathroom with blinds to be fitted in the bedrooms at a later date, after the fitter had left we found my wife couldn’t reach the cords over the kitchen worktops due to the requirement that the cords can’t be long enough for children to hang themselves but the cords are way too short especially as my wife is average height and a child would have to climb over the worktops and deliberately wrap the cord round their necks and jump off the worktop, I phoned and asked if it would be possible for them to be extended they said no problem ask the fitter when he comes to fit the bedroom blinds, when I did he was rather offended that the shop would suggest it, we now have nice blinds in our kitchen with unsightly knots in the cords so they can be adjusted, also one of the “acorns” is shedding it’s paint so we called in at the shop and asked if they had any kind of plastic attachment for the cords and was told no, I was asked for my address so they could send me the acorn through the post, as my details were written on a scrap of paper and we’ve not heard anything since I can only assume it was thrown in the bin as soon as we left the shop, we have now got vertical blinds fitted in the lounge/dining room not supplied nor fitted by Gemini
