Like a lot of people in the UK I have started doing online workouts. Of course that means you can’t tell if your doing it wrong and I managed to pull a muscle in my leg. I ordered a small gel pack from Gel Packs direct. It’s great you can keep it in the fridge for when you need it or quickly chill in the freezer/ heat in the microwave. Comes with a comfortable strap that is adjustable which is great for any body part you’ve injured.

Contacted Gelpacks Direct when my mother in law was suffering from sciatica, the guys recommended and suggested two products ‘multi-purpose hot & cold large gel pack with strap’ & the ‘large reusable hot/cold pack’ which have both worked wonders. Having spoken to the guys at Gelpacks Direct the order arrived the next day, I can’t recommend them enough... Fantastic service and advice!!

Tennis elbow sufferer, but not anymore thanks to Gelpacks Direct. My elbow pack and strap has been an absolute god send, for my diagnosed condition. The cold/freeze element is more beneficial to me. Its reacts quickly to free, so very convenient. The strap is easy to apply due to the velcro fastening, along with being secure. Easy to follow instructions on the product. Added bonus for the hot months, i used it as a head cooling product. Thanks gelpacks Directs for helping me get back to training. I 100% recommend.
