Ordered several doors and a custom made stained glass door. Helen kept us updated throughout. Beautiful doors, fabulous quality. We intended to paint the doors, but they are so stunning we decided to just put a simple varnish. When the stained glass door was ready, unfortunately, the delivery company were short staffed and kept changing the date. No fault of Gelata, in the slightest. Helen kept on top of the situation and gave me updates each day. Even on her day off, she had organised for Richard to chase up, and he actually phoned me. Customer service at Gelata is second to none. This coupled with the excellent quality of their doors, makes it a company impossible to beat.

Richard was very honest throughout the process telling us that there would be a seventeen week wait and it was worth every moment because when they arrived the quality of the product is best described as absolutely stunning. Have just fitted our Downham stained-glass door. Beautiful thing, amazing quality and great customer service. Was warned that it may take a while to get to me, however my expectations were set early and it’s arrived as indicated. Well worth the wait, I was too scared to fit so I got a professional in and now it’s fitted it looks amazing. Cannot recommend them enough, really good to find high-quality old fashioned craftsmanship. Easy 5 stars.

Just received our stained glass door 18 weeks (initially told it would be 14 weeks) after placing the order as Richard says that he is ploughing through the stained glass orders on his own, the door is lovely and we are not disappointed, but if I was to give some constructive feed back it would be to say that some up dates throughout the wait would have been reassuring when we had spent a lot of money up front, apart from that he was a pleasant guy when ever we chased him. Now that we have it we are more than happy.
