    The relatively low rating is largely down to the fact that I had booked and pre paid for an hour long appointment starting at 2.30pm. I had phoned as instructed just before hand and was told that someone would call me in about 5-10 minutes. In the end I waited nearly half an hour and then called again to complain at the delay and the fact that I had not been contacted to explain that there would be an extended delay. Had I not done so I am not sure how much longer I would have had to wait. Having called, I was put across to a technician, who clearly was not that familiar with the issue that I had booked an appointment for as he frequently had to consult a colleague while putting me on hold. Eventually GoW achieved what was possible in the available time and promised to come back to me with an estimate for further possible work. As only half an hour had been spent, I was promised a rebate of half of the charge. The bottom line is that you cannot offer a booking service and then be half an hour late, especially without any explanation.
