Had a terrible experience with Geeks unfortunately. They did not keep us updated on the status of the development project, and at the last minute suddenly announced they were behind schedule and that we would need to pay them another £20k to complete the project. We reluctantly agreed only to be told a couple of weeks later that there were further delays and that they wanted even more money to complete the project. We appealed to the CEO to intervene and she was extremely rude in her response. There are other reviews with similar experiences, I wish we had listened to them and used a different company.
