In a world where people are always quick to criticise, credit should be given where it is due. The delivery driver of my daffodil bulbs brought the delivery down my drive with a pallet truck and left the pallet of bulbs exactly where they were requested to be left. Funny how a company can process hundreds of orders and take your money quite efficiently, but claim that they haven't the resource to be able to contact you to say that they have run out of stock on half your purchase. Apparently they will let me know in my delivery note......too late! No apology and no understanding that if they had let me know sooner I could have ordered the rest from a another business. Love it when customer service agents slip straight to defensive and make me feel like I'm the one in the wrong. Let's hope the bulbs I do get from them are more effective!
