Gedling Pet Cremation have been excellent at a really difficult time. I called a few days before taking my darling Ruby to ask a few questions, all were answered accurately and with sensitivity. Katie was lovely on arrival, making sure all of my wishes were noted down and gave myself and the family some time with Ruby before leaving her. I dropped her off on Friday and she was ready by Monday. I was met by David who was brilliant, he’d stayed late for Ruby on Friday which was so comforting to know. Although it’s been a devastating few days, Katie and David made it just that little bit easier and I can’t thank them enough x
