    Rang up explained my situation told the lady loxley house said they couldn't help me my local connection isn't even in nottingham for 1 my local connection is gedling she asked for my mother's number I simply said I can not go thier its literally impossible she accused me of being rude saying how am I suppose to make any enquiries continued to say I was rude when in facts!! She was the one being rude not listening and not realising she is limited to power and does not have any authority over people why do the people that never listen ruin young peoples lifes its a disgrace I let her speak to my mum and she says her advise is to go to loxley house Monday morning is THIS BXTCH FOR REAL!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬ive been homeless on the streets for 11 years because of gedling borough council neglect!!!! Enough is enough!!! She made me out to be a lair saying I haven't been homeless 11 years when in facts I fxckin have!!!! Im furious!!!11years now getting to me!!!!!!!!!!

    Don’t even bother booking a bulky collection. They don’t even bother to come they just say they’ve been and “couldn’t see anything” I ended up sending in CCTV footage to prove their drivers are liars and didn’t come. Imagine if we didn’t pay their wages though via council tax, they’d be straight on to you!

    always have payment problems with council tax. complain if i pay it a tiny bit later than usual but then proceed to take payments out my bank that i already paid at the start of the month two weeks late out of my account. make it make sense.
