Ordered this and I have to say Lee was the most respectable and nicest man I've met, I ordered it on Saturday and he personally emailed me to ask me if I would like it the next day so Sunday the 24th instead of my expected delivery date of Wednesday. The weather is awful outside, snow blocking the roads but regardless he drove from Derby to Coventry just to hand deliver the scooter I bought. Upon coming to the door he was polite and delightful to speak to. I have to say I'm beyond happy with the experience and customer service I've received. And the quality of the scooter is amazing too 👏, Wouldn't get this type of service from a main retailer so thank you for making me feel so comfortable and pleased with the service.
