Recently took my Vivaro to these guys following on from a ongoing long issue with a unnamed main dealer and i have to just say a quick word to how refreshing it was to deal with a company who take customer service so seriously and genuinely go above and beyond where they need to to fix an issue that has plagued me for months. Special mention to Mike and Ian in particular. Ian from the first contact gave me so much of his time and knowledge and his explanation on what the issue probably was (which it turns out it was) was so helpful for someone who has zero mechanical knowledge in helping me understand it.
