Booked a bus for 11:45pm pick up from a wedding. Was told by the driver on the day that 11:15pm was the latest he could pick up and when contacting the company to question this they said that's the time I'd booked it for and basically that's what time we were getting picked up, like it or not. They also got the outbound time wrong which I did originally change but they'd not informed the driver. Disappointed we had to cut our night short due to an error on their part but nothingr noght you can do without written confirmation. I'd use again but double check their details 24 hours prior next time.
