I shopped around for some conveyancing quotes. GD Property Solicitors gave a very competitive quote, had good reviews & are local to me, but what swung it was when I first spoke to Lewis, he was extremely helpful & took his time explaining the sale of my late Mothers leasehold flat, I felt like I wasn’t rushed off the phone & he gave me confidence in using their services. . I was assigned to Jaya to deal with my case, admittedly I didn’t speak to Jaya often, majority of the communication was via emails, I was very happy with how she dealt with the conveyancing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, I would definitely recommend.

Bought my first property with complications including a rent charge. Conveyancer Imogen Grosset was very helpful. Always available on the phone, reliable. My only quibble is that some things were not quite explained correctly at the start but this was soon cleared up. Imogen was also very firm in dealing with estate agent/vendors on our behalf which I quite appreciated.

We originally chose GD Property Solicitors as they seemed to represent the best value and reviews were good but our experience with Imogen (Mo) Grosset has been nothing short of brilliant (and I don't say that lightly having never had a particularly good experience with property solicitors before). Communication was excellent right from the initial contact and we were kept constantly informed, provided with everything we needed to make decisions and generally felt we were in the best possible hands - from a knowledge and professionalism point of view. 10 stars if I could. This is a phenomenal firm. I originally called up this firm and spoke to who I believe was Lewis to ask about how they work, their principles, communication style, capacity ect. From that conversation alone I knew this was a very professional firm. Lewis was very happy to give me detailed answers and overall conveyancing advice which showed just how much this firm knows about the area they work in. It showed expertise. I decided to go ahead with GD Legal. The solicitor I was assigned to was Reema. We are extremely grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Reema. Reema worked tirelessly on our case. She was professional, diligent, a great communicator, looked out for us, advised us, and handled difficult situations and difficult people with a lot of grace and professionalism. Reema is an exceptionally dedicated solicitor who consistently put our needs first and fought our corner when needed. We cannot thank her enough. I would completely recommend this firm and Reema to friends and family - and have already done so. Hopefully they'll have some new customers soon!
