I had these lot around last summer to do a new extension Dan done most of the work here all seemed good at first just before the first day they asked for a report for how deep to go on the footings and that was the fist time they ever asked for it the said they had to go deeper and and extra £850 but to be fair only charged £350 in the end after they found out they didn’t need to go deeper then had issues with the bricklayers that held them up everything seem to be going ok till the last part I found out they broke my settee of course denied it on a couple of occasions Dan started arguing with Me I didn’t appreciate that in my own house there I herd all the sarcastic comments coming out after I started picking up on things that wasn’t right after the part time plasterer/ cab driver plastered it one of the right angles was so wonky I made them take it down and do the door seal again I said the the plasterer did you not see it wasn’t right he said yes but got told to do it and carried on after it was all done I noticed all the walls are wonky nothing is straight they never used a spirit level at all while doing the plasterer boarding they also had one of there mates working that was a chef before covid doing the plasterer boarding o and he has also left a 5* review on there google the plastering is 2 cm out from one side to the other on all sides there isn’t one straight wall in the Extention I also have had problems with the bifold doors from day one there is air coming in not airtight at all and they bowed down in the middle when the sun and heat come on them and couldn’t open them at all I’ve had to get an outside company in to sort them and he has found the steel beam has been put in wonky and that has thrown everything out I’ve had to get the door people out an other 3 times and has said he need to take it all out and start again Also behind the wall there is a big hole from top to bottom that is the cavity that goes into my next door and I’ve seen holes in the brick work on the outside on the other side of that wall I have a skylight that has bowed down In the middle just hoping it’s not going to crack I had to also get an other company in to sort the patio as how they replaced it the bricks were constantly wet under the damp course I refused to pay the remainder of the balance off £3,500 due to all the repairs but with all the other things I’ve found I’m going to start court proceedings Look at there reviews and when they were all put on about the same time when they started there company I looked on company’s house so I believe they are all fake be aware or them

GD Properties recently carried out structural works, rewiring our house, plumbing and fitting our new bathrooms and helped us with design and planning. They were absolutely BRILLIANT! Gary and Dan were professional knowledgable and friendly at all times. They had great suggestions and provided great guidance on anything we were unsure of. No question too small. They also kept us in the loop at all times and kept us up to date, step by step with what was going on. GD Properties were also a HUGE help when we were left with a kitchen that was a mess, damaged and looked terrible by an incompetent kitchen fitter we hired. Gary and Dan came in to the rescue and took the whole kitchen apart to refit and correct everything until it was PERFECT! Now we have a kitchen that looks absolutely beautiful and we are proud to share with friends and visitors. I am so happy with everything they have done us and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a professional building and interior service. Cant thank you enough guys!
