I pulled my back on Wednesday night, Was in so much pain, called Duncan’s office and left a voicemail as it was early. Duncan called me back and took 15 minutes of his day to talk me through the process of what to do next and explained the reasons why I had pulled my back (which were true!— overexerted myself at the allotment then walked nearly ten miles after a few sedentary months off!) didn’t want me to come in as he said it would fix itself.. and it’s starting to get loads better.. great service and honest advice.. will also go back to Duncan .. even though I don’t want too (back pain a NoNo for me)
