Went to Furniture Village at Clifton Moor. Greeted quickly by Dillon who explained how he could help us. We chatted about what we were there for. We were offered a hot drink which was very welcome. We wandered around and once we had made our choice Dillon supported us through the sales process. It took a while as the computers were slow and Dillon apologised as did his manager Ty. None of that was their fault. Dillon was very respectful, polite and knowledgeable about the products and if he was not sure he sort guidance from senior staff. A great experience of purchasing our new furniture.

We went to Furniture Village with the intention of purchasing a 2/3 seater sofa. On arrival Dillon offered us a drink and a home baked cookie which I thought was a lovely gesture and proceeded to assist with the purchase of our Missouri leather three piece sofa. Dillion had only been in post for a week but he was very professional and answered all the queries that we had. A very smooth purchase that was made all the easier by Dillon who I am sure is going to be a tremendous asset to Furniture Village in the future.

Went in to look at beds and bought one. That's how good they are! Steve Tarran gave us space to look at the beds giving information on them, no hard selling which was appreciated. Good range of beds and mattresses on display to test. Would highly recommend.
