Tried calling several times regarding some of the GLA's on their website. Got no answer so thought I would go to the dealership. Turned up to find that the dealership is no longer open. all locked up with not one car in the building. Looks very abandoned! Called to find if they had moved but no answer. Website needs updating as states it is open on a Sunday. Clearly selling invisible cars!

I kept trying to get in touch with someone for more then a week to get some information about a car that I wanted to buy for my wife! Nobody picked up my calls! A week ago I managed to speak with someone and I was informed that they have a gas leak but on their website showing open as normal! What a strange situation 😕 ....

Been calling the dealership for a week and kept being told it’s closed and should call back the following Monday 03/04/23. Called back no answer, called again several days after on Thursday still nothing. Seems like this company is being run by scammers who would probably take your money and you’ll never hear from them again.

!!!!Fraudulent and unethical behaviour!!! Guys please do not part with your money. Not trust worthy and highly aggressive nature of their sales man BOBBY!! Bought a 2018 S class from these guys. After paying £500 deposit we drove down to London from Manchester. His erratic behaviour made us think he had consumed a large amount of Class A drugs. He told us that we would loose our deposit and to get out of his show room if we didn’t take the car when we questioned it’s service history. He then told us if we wanted the car that we had to go to Halfords on a Sunday to get the number plate so we could legally drive the car to back to Manchester. Not the behaviour you would expect from a professional car dealership at all!! Noticed the management light came on during the journey back. Contacted BOBBY immediately who has since told us there’s nothing they will do about it who was clearly sniffing coke during the call and have since ignored all communication since!! Stay clear!!!

Picked up a lovely mercedes convertible ready for summer a couple of weeks ago, I part exchanged my old car and I am really pleased with it but in particular I want to recognise the exceptional service of the staff nothing was too much trouble for them, it's a family run business and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have some lovely mercedes cars and SUVs on the forecourt. The sales guys made the process very straightforward. Thanks GCS for being so helpful. Totally Recommended 5*. (I know it's hard to get through on the phone at times but its so busy with buyers coming and going).
