made my final payment on the 15th July 2019 recieved a letter dated the 2nd August 2019 claiming I owe over £1000 since Feb 2019 even though I spoke to them after my final payment to arrange the removal of the device from the car and now no one is answering the phone to rectify their mistake very unprofessional

Horrendous company!! Threatening me with deafult after default. Even tho I wasn't the one who signed for the car!! No discount for settling the balance early, even had a cheek to charge me a service charge for using my card over the phone! I will never, ever use this awful, disgusting company again. Be warned and stay clear.
