Very disappointed booked the castle a couple of weeks before my sons birthday as I am from the traveller community pulled up at my gate and drove off without explanation. left my son in tears wouldn’t Anserw the phone only texted me when they did they said there insurance doesn’t cover campsites and they can only put the castles where there’s brick building explained that I’m in the progress of building and it’s not a campsite so then said well we not covered for fields. So asked them so you don’t do markets and carboots it was racism at its best then when ask could I see there policy they blocked my number my son was heartbroken

The castle itself was in immaculate condition and the kidlets absolutely loved the extra slide on the side!
