My mum had an emergency last night as her patio doors would not slide shut, called about seven people and no one could come out. Glen called her back after lunch and said he’d fit her in that day! He arrived, assessed the job really quickly, gave her a quote that she was really happy with, fixed the problem within an hour and even provided some entertainment! A piece of the upvc came away from the ceiling and showered him in brick dust! My dad gave him a round of applause when he finished! Would highly recommend. I’ve taken his business card for when my windows need replacing.

After trying to get response locally I went a bit further afield to get window sealed units and patio door seals replaced.Glen responded immediately and we set up a visit followed by installation which was excellent.He kept us fully informed especially as some materials were in short supply but he literally came up with the goods.Highly recommended.

Had a mini emergency yesterday when my tenants couldn't secure the patio door closed. I found Glen on a Google search and asked if he could help. He was very busy but managed to fit the job in today. It was an unusual tilt and slide door and I thought he may have problems with it, but he managed to get it fixed, huge relief! Great communication, very professional and polite, I would highly recommend him to anyone and I'm very grateful.
