Very poor service. Booked a van last week and they called today so say van is no longer available (day before O needed it) and all other vans aren't insured. Staff were unpolite on the phone and offered little explanation as to what has happened. Wouldn't use again.

The website as well as the Google advertisement shows cars such as Ford Galaxy and Vauxhall zafira but when asked on call they chose to simply cut the call on the customers face. Great strides in customer delight!
