We were recommended Gazeal by our estate agent - our buyer has pulled out after the survey. The buyer refuses to let us see evidence that there is a problem with the house and Gazeal are not moving forward to help us resolve the issue. It seems to make the agreement worthless. I would welcome direct contact from Gazeal to help resolve the issue.

I learned about Gazeal's service from my agent. When deciding to accept an offer to sell my property, I had concerns that the buyer may withdraw the offer. The sellers will stop viewing after accepting the offer, but buyers can continue viewing other properties. Bryan talked me through how it worked. I felt more assured when accepting buyer's offer, as there is financial protection from buyer's withdrawal, by entering the agreement, various forms are filled, the legal work is also acceleratd.

I’ve been an agent for 17 years and completed over 1500 transactions… I wish Gazeal was around sooner! Subject to circumstances, the reservation agreement is an extremely effective tool to ensure both parties actually follow through. The England & Wales home-buying process is broken, and could do with being more like the US, Australian or Scottish system - Gazeal fills in the gaps. It really sorts the wheat from the chaff of both buyers and sellers, and accommodates genuine unforeseen issues like undeclared survey issues, finance or chain breakdowns etc. With a good agent or thorough clients, custom clauses can be added, and the typical minimum legal docs (TA6, TA10 & TA7 if necessary) are completed and sent to the buyer to review before signing. If there is foreseen reasonable uncertainty, it’s of course not for every client or transaction, but I’m now confidently using it on 1 in 2 sales and have completed on over 20 Gazeal transactions. Aisha has been my account manager, who is extremely efficient and friendly. For any good and experienced agent, it’s a no brainer… and in the right circumstances (a basic chain free freehold sale perhaps) I’d even feel comfortable saying an inexperienced client could manage it directly. If you have a Gazeal approved agent in your area - use them! You’ll save yourself a lot of potential stress.

My advice would be avoid this company at all costs, not a legitimate company. Reading the previous reviews which are all glowing I would say they are not genuine reviews after the service I received. We paid our fee and when things went wrong were told to contact the vendor ourselves.
