Our check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Upon arrival, guests will be given a key and a brief orientation to the property. At check-out, guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived and return the key to our staff.

For cottage rentals, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit minus a $50 administrative fee.
