Phoned up these guys about my sons old thomas the tank engine as I bought it 2nd hand and wasn't running properly, the man I spoke to said they dont do repairs or servicing as such but come down and they'll have a look when I got there I passed it over and he gave him some oil still wasn't running properly and found the issue really quickly after running a couple of test worn connectors to one side, a little bit of tinkering and he now runs smooth as if he was new. The guy then surprised me by saying no charge :O I still tipped him for his time and expertise as i couldnt of diagnose that issue. and bought a brake cart (toad) to say thanks to the company as well. Amazing expertise within the shop and Amazing customer service and will be returning.
